The Path to Net-Zero – Waste and the Circular Economy

Virtual event: Thursday 17th June 2021 | 8.30-10.00am

Following on from our successful Sessions 1 and 2 and supported by the feedback provided by our membership, Scottish Engineering is pleased to announce a series of follow-up webinars that will focus on specific Chapters as defined in the Scottish Government Climate Change Plan. Our upcoming session will focus on Chapter 5 – “Waste and the Circular Economy”.

In these essential online events, you will hear from our project lead, Dr. Eric Boinard who will provide detailed information for each Chapter. Based on the same methodology used for Session 1 & 2, each webinar will be designed to enhance discovery. This event will see Eric explain the definition of The Circular Economy clearly, provide examples of innovation in Scotland, highlight the opportunities available in this Chapter and guide you through the skills required to build your own roadmap.

The event will conclude with a short Q&A opportunity. To register for this free session, click the link below and complete our registration form. We’ll then forward you the joining details. Alternatively, you can email sarahcarvill@scottishengineering.org.uk to register.
