29 June 2022
Our inaugural meeting was very well attended and had fantastic participation, with immediate positive benefits for some of those attending in forging links and sharing best practice. After reviewing the feedback from our session on 24 May, the discussion topics to be covered in our next meeting on Wednesday 29 June, 1400-1530 are wellbeing in the workplace and menopause.
The next Managing People Hub event will take place online on 29 June 2022. We have re-arranged our next meeting for Wednesday 29 June, having changed from our original date of 28 June to accommodate speaker availability. We are delighted to now announce that Jill Burgess has agreed to provide us with some insight into managing and supporting menopause in the workplace. Jill is an HR Consultant and an Associate Trainer for Henpicked, covering Menopause in the Workplace, and an advocate for employers to adjust their thinking on menopause. We will also cover wellbeing and ask that if any of those attending our next meeting on Wednesday 29 June wish to speak or showcase what they are doing in their own organisations, then we’d love to hear from you! We look forward to welcoming you and hope that you can join us.
As always, The Managing People Hub remains an open conversation where we share ideas, examples of good practice, requests for help and information to help us all. Our Managing People Hub Teams group is a valuable resource to help you connect with other members between meetings and is an ongoing conversation.
