We now operate our businesses in an environment constrained by employment law. So it is more important than ever that Managers and Supervisors understand the complex legal relationship between employers and their employees. Lindsey Miller, Legal & HR Support Manager, is a solicitor with 25 years’ experience of advising member companies on employment related issues and representing them in Employment Tribunals.
David Brown is Health, Safety and Systems Manager with a significant amount of experience gained in Health and Safety. He has been an Adviser with Scottish Engineering for over 17 years.
Claire Platts is a solicitor with over 13 years’ experience in employment law. Claire has provided legal advice and HR support to employers in the private and voluntary sector and she has a particular interest in discrimination law.
Donnie McCorkindale is a Health and Safety Adviser with a significant amount of experience gained in Health & Safety. He has been an Adviser at Scottish Engineering for 4 years.
Dermot Cole is an Employee Relations Adviser with over 20 years’ experience in HR and Learning and Development across Defence and Engineering in both public and private sector. He joined Scottish Engineering in 2018.
