An overview of changes to employment law in 2024

At our next breakfast briefing on Thursday 2nd May, our solicitor Amie Trainor, will look at the new changes to employment legislation which impact your business. The session will focus on the new regulations themselves, as well as practical considerations for their implementation in the workplace. We will cover:

• Changes to paternity leave
• New flexible working regime
• New statutory carer’s leave
• Changes to redundancy protection
• Update to sexual harassment legislation expected later in the year.
