While operating as a commercially viable and efficient business, Haven is first and foremost a social enterprise; our unique attribute being that most of our highly skilled and comprehensively trained workforce comprises of disabled and disadvantaged adults. Over 90% of our staff are currently living with some form of disability, both visible and non-visible.
