Recruitment Opportunities with Career Transition Partnership (CTP)

Career Transition Partnership (CTP) is the official provider of Armed Forces resettlement services, supporting those leaving the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Army, and Royal Air Force in building their careers outside the forces. Forces Leavers are in big demand, but CTP can help you to locate and employ the right people for your organisation.

Barry Haldane has recently taken over as Employer Relationship Manager for CTP in Scotland and is keen to highlight to Scottish Engineering members that there are still a limited number of places available for their Employment Fair at the BT Murrayfield Stadium on 18 May, where employers seeking to recruit ex-military personnel can meet potential employees, many with technical and engineering skills. CTP is also planning virtual events throughout the year for those who cannot make it along to this in face event.

In addition, CTP’s Right Job platform enables you to post live vacancies free of charge, and their monthly Regional Employment Bulletins allow you to post content to keep service leavers aware of your own events and potential recruitment opportunities.
