When it comes to mental health and well-being, what stops you from having a supportive conversation with someone who you think might be struggling? One of many answers might be – “I might not have the answer to this person’s problems.” Here’s the good news, unless you’re a doctor or counsellor, you’re not expected to have the answers or to solve anyone’s problems. All you need to do is to listen, show empathy, and care.
