In our upcoming monthly Breakfast Briefing, Fiona Dewar, Founder of Pragmatic Leadership, and Scott Tees, Founder of Decode Cyber Solutions will deliver an introduction to their Secure Leadership Online programme. Aimed at leaders and managers within organisations, the course is packed with practical tools for participants to take away and use. Fiona Dewar, Founder of Pragmatic Leadership. Fiona has over 30 years of leadership and management experience, working for blue-chip organisations as well as start-up, fast-growing SME’s. She was a member of the leadership team who grew one of Scotland’s most successful and entrepreneurial businesses and has trained hundreds of managers and leaders during her career. She was also a lecturer for the CIPD Diploma at an international correspondence school, has an MSc in Strategic Human Resource Management and is an alumna of London Business School.

Scott Tees, Founder of Decode Cyber Solutions. Scott is an accomplished cyber security consultant who possesses a proven track record in designing and delivering robust security solutions and strategies for executive leaders and staff, utilising a soft skills approach to manage and mitigate online threat and risk. In 2020 Scott launched his new company Decode Cyber Solutions Ltd. Unlike other cyber security companies, Decode Cyber’s primary focus is on the human factor and soft skills. Through the creation of holistic strategy, policy, and cultural approaches, that support tech solutions, the Mission of Decode Cyber Solutions is “Keeping your staff safe – Keeping your organisation secure online”.
