An introduction to Reverse Mentoring

Please join us on Friday, 27 August 2021, 8.30-9.30am in partnership with Member Company BAE Systems for a session that will introduce you to the concept of Reverse Mentoring.

BAE Systems have flipped mentoring on its head by introducing its Reverse Mentoring scheme in 2015, which has already proved to be a huge success within their operation. Our session will be hosted by BAE Graduates who currently run the scheme and will cover topics such as:

  • What is reverse mentoring exactly?
  • The benefits to your employees and the business overall
  • The objectives of Reverse Mentoring
  • How the scheme is working for BAE
