Our previous meetings were very well attended and had fantastic participation, with immediate positive benefits for some of those attending in forging links and sharing best practice. The discussion topics to be covered in our next meeting on Friday 26 August, 1000 – 1130, are supporting the young workforce and workforce planning.
In this next meeting, we are pleased to hear from two of our member companies – Shona Darroch from Diodes Incorporated, and Catherine Robertson from Woodward. Shona has a passion for developing and supporting the young workforce, and will update us on how to find, recruit, engage and support young people into the workforce, especially important when recruitment is a challenge. Catherine will give us an update on workforce planning, and readying the organisation for significant change, with a focus on skills and organisational design. There will give a quick update on our annual Pay Survey, and a chance for questions.
