Developing The Young Workforce

Please join us on Wednesday 11 January 0800-0830 for our next ‘Breakfast Briefing’ webinar, and the first of 2023. The breakfast briefing will focus on the Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) programme. DYW aims to prepare young people for their future pathways and the transition into the world of work. The briefing will be presented by Justin Thomas, who is a Programme Manager with DYW in Dumfries and Galloway. DYW has been working with Scottish Engineering for over five years helping to introduce young people (and the adults surrounding them) to our ever-changing industry.  He will be joining us to tell us more about the projects he produces as well as updating us on this year’s huge D&G STEM festival ‘Bang Goes DG!’ in May.
