In our upcoming Breakfast Briefing, Kevin Duffy from our legal and HR team will outline recent developments in employment law in relation to the pandemic. Amongst other things, this will cover the issues regarding changing T&Cs.
Members will have seen news reports of major international employers changing, for example, sick pay entitlement depending on an employee’s vaccination status. There will also be a discussion on the current position with self-isolation and an opportunity for members to share best practice (or difficulties faced!) in dealing with the pandemic.
