Please join us on Wednesday 4th December for our final breakfast briefing of the year, with Christmas party season quickly approaching our solicitor, Amie Trainor, will be looking at the topic of ’employee conduct outside of work’.

This session will outline when it may be appropriate for an employee’s conduct outside of work to be dealt by the employer’s disciplinary process, using examples from case law. Amie will also discuss common issues which arise such as misconduct which occurs on personal social media and on a work’s night out. We look forward to welcoming you!
