The latest installment of our Breakfast Briefing series will delve into the topic of ‘Changing Terms and Conditions of Employment’. During the session we will take a look at the function of the employment contract and how to navigate making a change. As well as covering practical tips for agreeing a change and the relevant legal risks associated.
In addition, we will also be taking a look at the updated ACAS Code of Practice on Dismissal and Re-Engagement in this session before covering the proposed changes to this area in the Employment Rights Bill.
