A message from Jasmine Orde, Marketing Assistant & PA,
Dynamic Earth Enterprises Ltd,
On behalf of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), I would like to invite you to become a supporting partner of the IET’s forthcoming EngTalk; Innovation and Technology – Art or Science? which is taking place on 19 – 22 February 2018.
Previously known as the IET Turing Lecture, the EngTalk will focus on future computing, with guest speaker Dr Andy Harter examining the role of “art” in engineering and technology, including not only form and beauty but also craft, design, skill, invention and intuition. Dr Harter will draw on his expertise and experiences and ask if we could do more to appreciate and promote the importance of “art” as a feature on the interdisciplinary landscape.
This year we are coming to the University of Strathclyde, and it would be great to have you on board as a media partner of the event as we are very keen to work with relevant organisations/publications to help promote this lecture to the right community. We would be pleased to offer you the following promotional benefits:
– Your logo and web link on the website www.theiet.org/engtalk-computing
– Your logo on marketing emails, acknowledging you as a supporter of the event, distributed to just under 25,000 relevant IET members
– Invite you to supply copies of your current magazine or an alternative piece of collateral at the event
In return, we would like you to help us to promote the event, e.g. by including information on your website, listing it in your print and online listings and including information in any e-newsletters.
Many thanks in anticipation of your support and I look forward to hopefully hearing from you soon.
