Chief Executive Dr Peter Hughes is the keynote speaker at a Strathclyde University function at the Hilton on November the 2nd 2010. The event, organised by students, gives internationally recognised companies like Weir Group, BAE Systems, Howden, Aggreko and Rolls Royce the chance to meet face to face with students who will soon be seeking employment. Dr Hughes will stress the importance of the engineering manufacturing industry to the Scottish economy and the number of opportunities which exist within the sector for students who seek a worthwhile and satisfying career. He will also point out to the students that the harder they work and the better their qualifications, the more likely they are to find their ideal position. |
