Alan has 25 years of experience in leading development and implementation of best practice in a number of private and public organisations. He received his Six Sigma training and certification in 1994 from Dr Mikel Harry, Six Sigma founder and hands on Lean training and coaching from Toyota training masters.
Alan is currently employed with Royal Bank of Scotland, leading development and implementation of the RBS Lean. Alan is passionate about development of people and environment that enables and drives vision to become sustained reality.
