Alan has over 15 years of
experience in leading development and
implementation of best practice in a number of
world-class organisations, across major business
processes. He received his Six Sigma training and
certification in 1994 from Dr Mikel Harry, Six
Sigma founder.
Alan is currently employed
with Weir Clear Liquid Division as a Director of
Business Improvement and Global Lean Champion,
leading development and implementation of the Weir
Production System, which is based on Toyota
Production System, Lean Thinking, Six Sigma and
other best practice. Alan is passionate about
development of people and the right mind-set that
enables and drives vision to become sustained
reality.
