Check list for completing your Application Form

Once you have identified the companies you wish to apply to, make sure that you do the following:

1. Check the closing date for the vacancy. There is no point in sending in an application after the closing date.

2. Check the method of application the company wish you to use e.g. by on-line application via their website, hardcopy application by post or application form sent by e-mail. Then use this method, it does not create a good impression if you fail to follow instructions.

3. If the company do not specify you must use their application form, there is a generic application form available below you can use. Either print this form or fill it in and save it on your computer, depending on the way you have to apply for the vacancies.

4. Make sure that the company you are applying to is within easy commuting distance of your home.

5. DO NOT SEND YOUR APLICATION FORM TO SCOTTISH ENGINEERING.
