Why I chose engineering
I will have good prospects to go further and give myself a good standard of living. I enjoy working with my hands and am not really the type pf person who enjoys spending a lot of time at a desk.
What I like about the course
Four days a week I am working and learning through experience. The other day in the week I am at college learning the theory behind the tasks I am performing at work.
What I like about the company
The company is good with a very experienced work force. There are lots of different skills to be learned like fitting, machining, testing and inspecting.
Any other relevant achievements
I am hoping after I have finished the SVQ and HNC that I will be able to go to university to do a degree in engineering on a day release basis. |
