Speaker: Jim Duthie, Rolls-Royce Rolls Royce Marine in Dalgety Bay manufactures and services marine motion control equipment. Rolls Royce has developed a series of Best Practice modules known as the Rolls Royce Production System. Jim will be sharing his experiences of deploying the Factory Design & Layout module. The presentation will describe the successes and challenges in implementing Lean and Six Sigma principles in a low volume manufacturing environment. |
