‘Rapid Improvement' method has been successfully deployed by many organisations across the globe.

Alan Harrison will engage the audience to explore the key steps and benefits of Rapid Improvement method, developed during his 20+ years of ‘hands-on' improvement experience in many private and public organisations world-wide.

 

The method includes elements of ‘Kaizen blitz', Six Sigma, and non-traditional people interaction practice, innovation and creativity.

 

Alan will discuss root cause(s) of success and failure, illustrated with a number of real life examples.
